- Block Size: Planted 220ha of 752ha that either remains in indigenous forest or pastoral farm
- Fourth generation sheep and beef farmer
- Introduced to Forest360 through Beef+Lamb NZ seminar and Government One Billion Trees Programme
- Obvious that Forest360 knew their stuff and were well-versed in all the latest legislation including Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), carbon sinks and marginal land use
- Detailed and involved planting programme

- Forest360 advised Pru and her Washpool Partnership team of all options available to them
- Navigated resource consent process including management of Greater Wellington Regional Council
- Demonstrated enormous sensitivity and sympathy with pre-known pa site by managing seamless negotiations with local iwi, that didn’t impinge or impact the planting process
